Is my phone number visible to the person who scans?+
No. Calls and messages go through DotLink, so the person who scans never sees your number.
Does the person who scans need the app?+
No. Scanning the QR opens a web page in their phone browser. They can call or message you from there, with nothing to install.
How much do pet tags cost?+
Pet profiles are included in DotLink PRO at ₹149 per month. Your first vehicle is free.
What if the sticker gets damaged or lost?+
Log in and print your QR again from the Label page. The same QR keeps working, so nothing needs to be re-registered.
Does it work for cats as well as dogs?+
Yes. Any pet can have a profile, a photo and a QR tag.
