When someone scans your QR they see a simple page, not your phone number. They can call or message you through DotLink, and you choose whether to pick up. You can stop receiving alerts at any time by logging out or removing the item.

Is my phone number visible to the person who scans?+
No. Calls and messages go through DotLink, so the person who scans never sees your number.
Does the person who scans need the app?+
No. Scanning the QR opens a web page in their phone browser. They can call or message you from there, with nothing to install.
Is there a monthly fee?+
Your first vehicle is free. DotLink PRO is ₹149 per month and adds more vehicles plus assets and pets.
What if the sticker gets damaged or lost?+
Log in and print your QR again from the Label page. The same QR keeps working, so nothing needs to be re-registered.
Will the sticker survive sun and rain?+
Print it on a weatherproof sticker or cover it with clear tape. If it fades, print the same QR again from the Label page.
