Delivery Policy

1. Digital service, no shipping
DotLink is a digital service. We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. When you get access
The Free plan is available as soon as you create an account. When you buy PRO, it is activated on your account within moments of the payment being confirmed, and you see the change on the Plans page and in your dashboard.
3. QR codes
Your QR codes are created inside the app. You download or print them yourself (for example as a sticker or a pet tag). We do not post printed items.
4. If something is wrong
If your payment succeeded but PRO is not active after 15 minutes, email business@dotlinkapp.com with your registered mobile number and the payment ID and we will fix it or refund you (see the Refund Policy).
