Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. What you are paying for

DotLink PRO is a digital subscription. Each payment (currently ₹149 per month) activates PRO on your account for 30 days. It is delivered online immediately after the payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped.

2. Cancelling

PRO does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again unless you choose to pay. PRO simply ends when your 30 days are over, and your account returns to the Free plan. You can also ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

3. When we refund

• Paid but not activated: if your payment succeeded but PRO was not activated and we cannot fix it, we refund the full amount.
• Duplicate or accidental payment: if you were charged more than once for the same period, we refund the extra payment(s).
• Service did not work as described: if you ask within 7 days of the payment and PRO did not work as described on our website, we refund the payment.

Partner plan payments follow the same rules. Otherwise, payments for a PRO or partner period you have already received are not refundable. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email business@dotlinkapp.com with the mobile number registered on your account, the date and amount of the payment and the Razorpay payment ID (starting with "pay_"). We reply within 2 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks and card networks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account after we issue the refund.

6. Failed payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed or was not completed, the amount is normally returned to you automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the payment details above.

7. Offers and promotional prices

Promotional or "founding member" prices have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. They can be withdrawn if misused.
